Trainers Say This Boring 15-Minute Routine Beats Every Fancy Soccer Fitness Program — Here's the Whole Thing

Twice a week: five minutes of shuttle runs between two cones — jog out, sprint back, walk one length. Five minutes of single-leg work — hops, balance holds, lateral bounds. Five minutes of short sprints with full rest between.
